United States District Judge Paul Crotty on Tuesday granted a temporary restraining order preventing the NFL from enforcing its six-game suspension against the running back. Crotty was asked to rule on a request for a restraining order after the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ordered the dismissal of a lawsuit Elliott’s attorneys filed in Dallas seeking to have the suspension overturned. NFL Players Association lawyers representing Elliott filed the motion for a temporary restraining order in U....

According to a report by ESPN’s Don Van Natta Jr., four women allege that senior vice president for public relations and communications, Richard Dalrymple, entered the locker room and recorded them while they were undressing in 2016. They hired legal counsel to help them pursue a potential lawsuit against the Cowboys after they felt the team’s investigation of the matter came up short. The cheerleaders each received about $400,000 in total payment, with the rest of their settlement money going to legal counsel....
