As seen in the video below from First 4 Figures, the Crash Bandicoot figure is available for pre-order now and stands at 9 inches tall, is made out of PVC materials, and has had its colors carefully painted by hand to ensure a high quality appearance. The model of the iconic video game character can be purchased for $89 total at one’s local retailer, or they can get an exclusive edition directly through First 4 Figures.

For those looking to obtain the hand-painted Crash Bandicoot model through pre-order, First 4 Figures is requiring that fans put down a non-refundable deposit of $45 – that is, roughly half of the full asking price. And while the figure can be gotten at a local retailer, the limited exclusive edition can again only be received through First 4 Figures, which will also net fans a premium deluxe box with an authenticity card, as well as 450 reward points to use for future purchases through First 4 Figures.

Of course, Crash Bandicoot is far from the first video game character to have received the First 4 Figures treatment, as the company recently put out several pricey editions of Solaire statues from the Dark Souls series. Not to mention, the toy and model company has also manufactured a beautiful, albeit expensive replicas of Majora’s Mask from The Legend of Zelda title of the same name.

Taking all of this into account, with the Crash Bandicoot statue from First 4 Figures being considerably cheaper than a lot of other wares to come from the company, it’s likely that they will sell out relatively quickly, so fans will want to pre-order their model as soon as possible. Hopefully, though, this reduction in price for the hand-painted Crash Bandicoot isn’t indicative of a lower quality product.

Pre-orders for First 4 Figures’ Crash Bandicoot statue are live now, and it is set to release sometime in August 2017.
